Sunset Hill Condos

For weekly and long-term rentals, consider our adjoining property, Sunset Hill Condos! 4 spacious condo units are located within a Victorian-style building, complete with 5 furnished porches that are perfect for taking in the island air and sunset views. The lower-level units comfortably sleep 8 guests while the upper-level units sleep 6. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Sunset Hill 1 & 2 Downstairs

Each unit has a full kitchen, living room, and 1 ½ baths. There are two bedrooms in each condo. One bedroom has two queen-sized beds, and the other has two full-sized beds. There is a pullout sofa in the living room. Each condo sleeps up to 8 people. Each condo has front porch access and a back deck. There is a connecting door between the two condos.

• Towels and sheets are provided initially, renters are responsible for cleaning linens during the week.
• Coin operated laundry facilities are located on the second floor of the hotel, midway down.
• RENTERS HAVE FULL USE OF ALL HOTEL FACILITIES – EXCLUDES BREAKFAST.
• A $800.00 deposit is required at the time of the reservation by check, money order or credit card.
• 3 Week Notice to cancel or change dates is required.
